African Union adopts resolution rejecting U.S. blockade against Cuba.

For the fifteenth consecutive time, the 37th Assembly of the African Union, composed of African Heads of State and Government, has adopted a resolution condemning the continuation of the illegal economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed on the Republic of Cuba by the United States of America. On this occasion, the African Union also calls for Cuba to be removed from the unilateral list of countries allegedly supporting terrorism.

Liberian newspaper reproduces resolution of the African Union in condemnation of the US blockade of Cuba.

Monrovia, February 16, 2022. - Under the title "The African Union comes out in defense of Cuba", the Liberian newspaper "Daily Observer" published today an article denouncing the US blockade against the largest of the Antilles.
