Helsinki.- April 28, 2022.- In a dialogue that she described as fruitful, the Ambassador of Cuba in this Nordic nation, Beatriz Parra González, shared this Wednesday with Dr. Jussi Pakkasvirta, Vice Dean and Head of the Department of Cultures of the University of Helsinki.
During the meeting, Dr. Jussi Pakkasvirta discussed the issues that have brought Cuba closer to his Institution, as well as the existing academic links between the two countries.
For her part, the Cuban diplomat thanked the interest of the University of Helsinki in expanding these academic links and the presence of the Cuba issue in the research promoted by this academy. Similarly, it meant the space created to address Cuban issues as part of the 10th CEISAL International Congress, which is also chaired by Dr. Pakkasvirta, and which will be held in person from June 13 to 15 in Helsinki.
