Ambassador of Cuba attends POGO event dedicated to Women's Day

The Cuban Ambassador to the Republic of Cyprus, H.E. Mr. Angel Gustavo Suárez Cordero, attended last March 2nd the event dedicated to the 8th March, International Women's Day: "Women Forward", organised by the women's movement POGO and held at the House of Journalists in Nicosia.

The event was attended by AKEL Parliamentary Representative George Loukaides and POGO Secretary General Skevi Koukouma, whom the Ambassador congratulated on behalf of the Federation of Cuban Women and thanked for her presentation at the International Tribunal against the US blockade of Cuba, held last month in Brussels, Belgium (EmbaCuba Cyprus).
