The rural town of Kiperounda, nestled in the Trodos Mountains, hosted the inauguration of the Cyprus Ministry of Tourism's campaign to celebrate the end of the year festivities in the different rural towns of the country.
The event, chaired by the Minister of Culture Kostas Koumis and the Vice Minister of the Presidency, Irene Riki, was attended by several ambassadors and the diplomatic corps accredited in Cyprus, who had the opportunity to exchange with the residents of the region.
The inauguration of this initiative in Cyprus is an experience that dates back to 2021, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism and seeks to give more color to the country's rural towns and attract a greater number of tourists. During the inauguration activity, the Cuban Ambassador had the opportunity to exchange with the Vice Minister of the Presidency, Irene Riki, with the Minister of Tourism, Kostas Koumis and with the members of the Municipal Council.
