Ambassador of Cuba exchanges with President of the Parliamentary Friendship Group

Helsinki, May 5, 2022.- On the morning of this Thursday, the Ambassador of Cuba, Beatriz Parra González, held a positive and interesting meeting with the President of the Friendship Group with Cuba in the Parliament of Finland, Ms. Heli Järvinen , MP for the Greens party.

In the exchange, the diplomat updated the Cuban reality, referring in detail to the strategy to confront Covid-19, and the island's biotechnological results, as well as the impact of the blockade on the daily life of the people.

The deputy thanked the meeting, which she considered important as part of the Ambassador's work with the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Cuba.
