Ambassador of Cuba highlights damages of the blockade to the country

Helsinki, December 5.- In an interview with the prominent filmmaker Folke West, the Ambassador of Cuba in Finland, Beatriz Parra González, addressed the result of the recent votes at the UN against the embargo.

Parra González referred to its impact on the daily life of Cubans and reiterated the need to put an end to this injustice, with more than six decades in application, mentioning some effects of its scope.

The Ambassador thanked Finland for its support to Cuba, and its accompaniment to the international demand, which generated the support in the United Nations of 185 countries of the World, and their message that the blockade must end.
