Ambassador of Cuba holds a meeting with the President of the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts

The Ambassador of Cuba in the Republic of Cyprus, H.E. Mr. Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero, held a meeting with the President of the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts, Prof. Achilles K. Emilianides, at the premises of the Embassy.

In the meeting, they talked about the possibilities of future collaborations between the Academies of the two countries and between the Cyprus Academy of Sciences, Letters and Arts with the Embassy of Cuba in Cyprus while the Ambassador also informed Prof. Emilianides about the unjust blockade imposed by the United States to Cuba for more than 60 years and its tragic consequences (EmbaCuba Chipre).
