Ambassador of Cuba meets with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Dominica.

Roseau, Dominica, March 6, 2020. The Cuban Ambassador to the Commonwealth of Dominica, Ulises Arranz Fernández, held a meeting today, March 6, 2020, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Diaspora Relations, Honorable Dr. Kenneth Darroux, at the headquarters of the Dominican Foreign Ministry. The meeting also included the Honorable Edward Registe, Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Diaspora Relations, with Specific responsibility for Diaspora Relations, as well as Barbara Dailey, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Melinda Seraphin official who attends Cuba.

During the meeting, the bilateral issues that are currently in full development, linked to health, education, trade, collaboration and legal aspects, were reviewed. It was possible to verify the excellent state of bilateral relations and the possibilities that exist to continue increasing them.

The Ambassador reiterated his thanks to the systematic position of the Dominican government to condemn the unjust, illegal and inhuman economic, financial and commercial blockade of the US Government. against the Cuban people; at a time when these measures have intensified.
