Ambassador of Cuba meets with Panayiotis Zaphiris, Rector of the Cyprus University of Technology

Nicosia, March 31, 2023 - On March 31, 2023, the Rector of the Cyprus University of Technology, Panayiotis Zaphiris, received the Cuban Ambassador to Cyprus at the premises of the University.

During the fruitful meeting, they discussed future possibilities of cooperation to promote synergies between the Cyprus University of Technology and Cuban universities in areas such as nursing and engineering through alliances between them with the signing of a Memorandum in the university sphere of both countries and joint programs.

They also exchanged on the possibility of carrying out cultural activities at the University to promote Cuban culture and education in Cuba (EmbaCuba Cyprus).
