The Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia atended the opening ceremony of Chinggis Khaan’ museum in Ulan Bator

The Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, atended recently the opening ceremony of Chinggis Khaan’ museum in Ulan Bator, toured the exhition and  gave a brief interview to the Mongolian Television.

President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh delivered the opening speech. Chairman of the State Great Khural (Parliament),  the Prime Minister  and Members of Paraliament were also present.

The museum exhibits 2,000 years of Mongolia’s history from the Mongol Empire to the beginning of the XX century that takes hours to see.

Its 9 floors hold about 12,000 valuable piecess, many of them hundreds of years old and even more than one thounsand years old. 92% of the pieces are original exhibits, and the rest  are copies or replicas.
