The Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia meets with Deputy Director of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Cuban ambassador to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met today with the Deputy Director of the Department of Multilateral Cooperation of the Foreign Ministry, Mr. Purev Baasankhuu, to discuss issues of interest and current affairs in international organizations.

The Cuban diplomat reiterated Cuba's deep gratitude for Mongolia's traditional position of support at the UN against the US economic, commercial and financial blockade.

He also shared the Cuban position against the war crimes committed by Israel against the Palestinian people and the current bombings by the US and some NATO allies in Yemen. Likewise, he expressed Cuba's support for South Africa's demand before the International Court of Justice against Israel's genocide in Palestine.
