Ambassador of Cuba participates in the activity for the 60th Anniversary of NIPA

Lusaka, November 12, 2023. The Ambassador of Cuba, Marileydis Dueñas Morales, participates in the commemorative activity for the 60th Anniversary of the National Institute of Public Administration of Zambia (NIPA), together with the Minister of Justice, His Excellency. Mr. Mulambo Hamakuni Haimbe, and Acting Chancellor, since December 26 and His Excellency Mr. Patrick H. Kangwa, Secretary to the Cabinet, Mr. Chembo Mbula, Permanent Secretary in the Cabinet, in addition to the senior management of NIPA.
