Ambassador of Cuba received South African Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Sibongiseni Dhlomo.

Pretoria, August 15, 2022.- The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to South Africa, Enrique Orta González, received on Monday the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of South Africa, Dr. Sibongiseni Dhlomo.

Other directors from the South African National Department of Health and officials of the Cuban Embassy in Pretoria also participated in the fraternal meeting.

Both parties reviewed the progress of the Government Agreement on Cooperation in Public Health and Medical Sciences. In addition, they expressed satisfaction with the excellent state of bilateral relations in these sectors and expressed their willingness to work together to continue collaboration in this important area.
