Roseau, August 23, 2019. A meeting took place at the headquarters of the Cuban Embassy in Dominica between the Ambassador of Cuba in this country, Ulises Arranz Fernández and the Minister of Information, Science, Telecommunications and Technology of Dominica, Kelver Darraoux.
The cuban Ambassador provided a brief explanation of the main programs carried out in Cuba in the field of science and technology, as well as the use of ICTs, and invited the Minister to visit Cuba to exchange experiences with Cuban officials in the different branches served by their Ministry. For his part, the dominican Minister thanked Cuba for its cooperation in different areas, including the preparation of professionals in various specialties.
The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and cooperation, as it characterizes the relations between both peoples and governments.
