A brotherly meeting with the South African Communist Party

Johannesburg,1 April 2026. —Officials from the Cuban Embassy held a fruitful meeting with the South African Communist Party (SACP), during which they held discussions with its General Secretary, Solly Mapaila.

During the meeting, our Embassy conveyed its full willingness to continue advancing and consolidating the historic bilateral ties of friendship and cooperation between Cuba and South Africa.

The occasion provided an opportunity to officially introduce the new staff members joining the team at the Cuban Embassy in South Africa.  

This exchange reinforces the principles of brotherhood that unite our nations, inspired by our shared struggles.
