Chargé d'Affaires a.i. participates in celebration for the International Friendship Day in the Australian Parliament

Canberra, 31 July, 2023. The Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy to the Commonwealth of Australia, Ivianes Gonzalez, participated in the celebration for the International Day of Friendship held in the Australian Parliament.

The event was attended by a large representation of parliamentarians, as well as members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Canberra.

The occasion was used to bid farewell to the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, H.E. Ali Kraishan, Ambassador for Jordan to Australia.

The celebration was also an opportunity to strengthen bilateral ties with the representatives of the nations that were there, and to exchange about the culinary culture of each country.
