Johannesburg, 26 September 2024 - Officials from the Cuban Embassy in South Africa offered a lecture on Cuban culture and its African heritage to Spanish students at the University of the Witwatersrand's College of Literature, Language and Press.

The lecture included all aspects of the island's culture that show an undeniable African heritage, such as cuisine, music, dance, religion, the Spanish spoken by Cubans, literature, in short, the identity, the customs of the Cubans.

Africa lives in Cuba, it beats loud and clear in the heart of every Cuban man and woman who if is not Congolese, is Carabali.
