During the exchange, the Cuban diplomat highlighted the importance of international solidarity and underscored the value of exchanging experiences between both nations in the pedagogical field.

Pevida Pupo dedicated a special segment to explaining the successes of the Cuban educational system, characterized by its public, free, and high-quality nature, and detailed how these principles have made it possible to train highly qualified professionals who now contribute to the development of multiple countries.

At the center of the agenda were the full scholarships that Cuba annually grants to Mongolian students to study on the island, particularly in fields such as Medicine and Special Education.

The Ambassador reaffirmed his country's commitment to this cooperation program, which dates back to 1963 and has allowed for the graduation of more than 160 young Mongolians in various specializations.

Likewise, the participation of Mongolian academics and specialists in scientific events and pedagogical congresses held in Cuba was addressed, as well as the possibility of expanding the exchange of experiences and best practices in the field of higher education.

The meeting takes place within the framework of the historic diplomatic relations between Cuba and Mongolia, established on December 7, 1960, which have been marked by ongoing cooperation in areas such as education, culture, science, and technology. Both parties agreed on their willingness to continue deepening these ties for the benefit of their peoples.
