HE Oscar León González, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the State of Qatar, visited the prestigious Katara Cultural Village Foundation, where he held a fraternal meeting with H.E. Professor Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Sulaiti, General Manager of said institution.
The bilateral relations between Cuba and Qatar are excellent, including in the cultural sector. The beautiful sculpture of the two Cuban artists Julio Reinaldo Zamora and Juan Arel Ruiz Contino, titled “Amistad” and located precisely on the grounds of the Katara Foundation, confirms the strong brotherly ties between Cuban and Qataris peoples.
The Cuban Ambassador and Prof Khalid exchanged views about the ways and means for developing bilateral relations through the culture.
