The celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with seven Asian nations culminated with the presentation of the audiovisual "60 years: the strength of close friendship with seven Asian countries", at the headquarters of the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Relations.
The event was chaired by the Vice Minister of Foreign Relations, Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo and was attended by the Heads of Mission of the People's Republic of China; of the Republic of India; of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea; of the Kingdom of Cambodia; from Mongolia; of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Indonesia.
The Vice Minister noted with satisfaction that the ties of friendship and cooperation that unite us have withstood the test of time and are projected with great vigor into the future. She continued by stating that the coincidences and agreement of positions between our countries in international forums are broad and solid. Finally, she ratified that they can always count on Cuba and its defense of multilateralism, of the principles of International Law and of the Charter of the United Nations.
