The International Tourism Fair, FITCuba 2026, will take place on May 7, 8, and 9 in a hybrid format that combines professional online management with in-person activities, the Cuban Ministry of Tourism announced in an official statement.
According to the event schedule, one of the most important in Cuba’s tourism sector, May 7 and 8 will be dedicated to business sessions, conducted entirely through a specialized virtual platform. May 9 will be the day open to the general public, held in person at Parque Josone in Varadero.
Organizers are currently finalizing technical details to ensure the success of the event. In the coming weeks, a bulletin will be released with detailed information on connection protocols, the layout of virtual spaces, and other relevant data for media representatives and participants.
The Ministry of Tourism emphasized the importance of FITCuba as an annual gathering for industry professionals, tour operators, travel agencies, and hoteliers from around the world, who aim to promote Cuba as a tourist destination and establish new business partnerships.
