Cuba present at the celebration of the Armed Forces Day of South Africa.

On the occasion of the celebration of the Armed Forces Day in South Africa on 21 February, the Ambassador of Cuba, Rodolfo Benítez Verson, participated as a guest in the military parade organized for the occasion, in the city of Kimberley, capital of the province of Northern Cape.
The President of the Republic and Commander in Chief of the South African Armed Forces, S.E. Cyril Ramaphosa, in his speech for the celebration highlighted the importance of bilateral cooperation between Cuba and South Africa in the field of defense.
The event was propitious to reiterate to the military and political authorities of the country the support and solidarity of our people and government to the brotherly South African people.
