Cuba sends a Medical Brigade to the Kingdom of Eswatini to combat Covid 19

Pretoria, Agust 14, 2020.- Responding to the request of the Kingdom of Eswatini, Cuba is sending a Medical Brigade to that African country to help in confronting COVID19. The Brigade is made up of 20 doctors from different specialties. It is scheduled to arrive in Eswatini on Wednesday, August 19, after a transit through neighboring South Africa.
The members of the brigade represent 9 Cuban provinces.
This is the 46th Cuban medical brigade that is deployed on other parts of the world to face the pandemic. Since the outbreak of this deadly disease, 39 countries have benefited from Cuban medical services.
