Cuban Ambassador addresses solidarity members at their annual meeting

Sydney, 6 April 2024. The Cuban Ambassador Tanieris Diéguez addressed the members of the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society (ACFS) during the National Consultation held in the city of Sydney in the Australian state of New South Wales.

At the meeting, which is annually held, the ambassador updated those present on the negative impact of the U.S. blockade on the people of Cuba. She also denounced this immoral policy as well as the inclusion of Cuba on the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

The ambassador took the opportunity to express her gratitude for the continuous expressions of support from the Australian movement of solidarity with Cuba and its support for the struggle against the blockade.
