Canberra, 23 December 2025. The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Australia, Mrs. Gilma Moreira Lino, held a fruitful meeting with members of the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society (ACFS), Canberra Branch.
The ambassador thanked the friends of solidarity for their constant support for our country and their fight against the US blockade on the island.
The occasion was propitious for exchanging views on the activities that the Australian solidarity movement will undertake next year. The ACFS ratified its commitment to continue carrying out actions of solidarity with our people, and the ambassador assured them that they could count on the Cuban embassy for all the actions they intend to carry out, maintaining joint collaboration with the ACFS.
