Cuban Ambassador to Australia was received by member of the Australian Federal Parliament

Canberra, 8 October 2025. On the occasion of the end of her mission, the Cuban Ambassador to Australia was received by Tony Zappia, a member of the Australian Federal Parliament who is also a member of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Cuba. 

During the warm meeting, the Cuban diplomat thanked Tony for his solidarity, affection and support during her mission here in Australia, as well as for his firm stance against the blockade of Cuba.

 
For his part, the parliamentarian thanked the Cuban diplomat for her work in strengthening and deepening bilateral relations between Cuba and Australia.
