Cuban Ambassador to Cyprus offers condolences at the Embassy of Kuwait.

The Cuban Ambassador to Cyprus, Angel Gustavo Suarez Cordero offered on behalf of the Cuban people and government, the President of his country and on his own behalf condolences on the passing of his Excellency Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah, who left a lasting legacy in Kuwait and in the international community, and above all was a great friend of Cuba. 

At this time of mourning, our thoughts and prayers are with the Al Sabah family, the people of Kuwait and all those who mourn the loss of this great leader. May his soul rest in peace. For this reason, Cuba decreed official mourning to honour his memory.
