The Cuban ambassador greets the president of Cyprus on the occasion of the National Holiday.

On October 1, 2023, the ambassador of Cuba, Ángel Gustavo Suárez Cordero, greeted His Excellency President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christopoulides, on the occasion of the reception offered to the diplomatic corps for the National Holiday .

During the brief meeting, the ambassador conveyed to the Cypriot president the congratulations of the president of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, with the wishes of continuing to strengthen bilateral relations between both islands.

The Cuban ambassador also extended congratulations to the Cypriot people on the 63rd anniversary of their independence.
