Cuban Ambassador meets with Director of Multilateral Order of the Australian Foreign Ministry

Canberra, 25 October 2023. The Cuban Ambassador to the Commonwealth of Australia met this afternoon with Kate Wallace, Director of Multilateral Order of the Australian Foreign Ministry. 

During the meeting, the diplomats exchanged on the potential for developing relations in multilateral fora, as well as on issues of mutual interest in the multilateral arena. 

On behalf of the Cuban authorities, the occasion was an opportunity to thank Australia for its position against the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba.
