Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, May 6, 2019.- The Ambassador of Cuba in Mongolia, Raúl Delgado Concepción, arrived at the Vietnamese Embassy in Mongolia to offer condolences on behalf of the people and Government of the Island for the recent death of Le Duc Anh, who was a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and former president of that sister nation.
In the presence of the Hon. Ms. Doan Thi Huong, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Mongolia, the Cuban ambassador expressed his condolences to the Government and people of Vietnam, as well as to the relatives and close friends of the former president, veteran of 4 wars; comrade of fights of Ho Chi Minh and recognized combatant against the invaders of his country.
