Cuban Ambassador is received at the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry

Vilnius, April 5, 2023.- During her initial work day in Lithuania, Ambassador Beatriz Parra González was received by the Director of Global Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andrius Bruzga.

At the meeting, both parts reviewed issues on the bilateral agenda. The diplomat highlighted issues of the Cuban reality, particularly the impact of the blockade on Cuba, and signified Lithuania's support in denouncing this cruel policy.  Likewise, she appreciated the welcome offered to Vilnius.

The diplomat in charge of Cuba issues, Counselor Gytis Marcinkevicius, and his colleague, Counselor Diana Preneviciene, also participated in the exchange.
