Cuban ambassador receives the new Vietnamese ambassador to Australia

Canberra, 11 April 2024. The Cuban ambassador, Tanieris Diéguez, received at the Cuban embassy headquarters the new ambassador of Vietnam to Australia, Pham Hung Tam, who paid her a courtesy visit.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and brotherhood. 

Both officials spoke about Fidel and Ho Chi Minh and exchanged on the historical and solid ties that unite the Cuban and Vietnamese people.

They also took the opportunity to discuss the excellent state of bilateral relations and ratify the will to consolidate the ties of friendship and cooperation between both peoples and governments.
