Ulan Bator, November 6, 2018.- The President of the Mongolian Women’s Federation, OYUNGEREL Batnasan, along with other officials, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Ulan Bator where they had a pleasant meeting with the Cuban Ambassador.
The Cuban diplomat referred to the programs implemented by the Cuban Women Federation (FMC), aimed at achieving the full exercise of equality for women in all areas and levels of Cuban society as well as the possibility of establishing links and cooperation between both women's organizations.
For its part, the recently elected president of the Mongolian Women’s Federation commented on the activities carried out by the organization she leads, whose main objective is to protect the basic rights and interests of women regardless of their ideology, social status or religion. Founded 94 years ago, this organization has a broad history of work for the benefit of Mongolian women. (EmbaCuba Mongolia)
