Cuban ambassador to Seychelles held a working meeting with Managing Director of “Today in Seychelles”

Victoria, Seychelles, 2 June 2026:  Cuban ambassador to Seychelles, Iraida Guerrero, held a working meeting with Veronica Maria, Managing Director of “Today in Seychelles” newspaper.

During the meeting, The Cuban ambassador provided an update on the current situation in Cuba amid the current context of extreme pressure from the U.S. government and reiterated that "Cuba Is Not a Threat to the United States".

Both parts reviewed the milestones in bilateral relations between the two nations, which were formally established on April 12, 1978 (EmbaCuba Seychelles)
