Cuban Ambassador to South Africa attends the SOPA in Gauteng province

Pretoria, February 19, 2024.- The Cuban Ambassador to South Africa, Enrique Orta González participated in the State of the Province Address in Gauteng, where Premier Panyaza Lesufi, delivered a speech on the current state of local government management in the last years.

There he had the opportunity to exchange with important political figures of the provincial government, in order to strengthen the historic ties of friendship, which are approaching their thirtieth anniversary.

The Venezuelan Ambassador to Pretoria, Mairín Moreno, and the deputy head of mission of the Palestinian Embassy, Bassam Elhussiny, also participated.
