Cuban Ambassador to South Africa participates in tribute to Chris Mathlako

April 28, 2023.- The Ambassador of Cuba to South Africa, Enrique Orta González, participated in the tribute held in the city of Johannesburg to the South African communist and great friend of Cuba, Chris Mathlako, who recently died. Ambassadors from other countries and multiple South African organizations also participated.

The Ambassador highlighted in his speech that Che Mathlako, as everyone knew him, was a man of revolutionary, anti-imperialist and humanist ideas, a wise intellectual committed to the socialist cause and the just causes of the world. There was no just cause that Comrade Chris did not champion.
