(Doha, February 20, 2025) – Cuban singer and saxophonist Samantha Echevarría Vigo raised her talent and the name of Cuba by performing in concert with the majestic Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, under the direction of maestro Giovanni Pasini, in which she played iconic melodies from animated films, the leitmotif of the show.

Samantha Echevarría was born in August 1995, in Havana. Born into a family of musicians, at the age of five she began studying music theory and the piano instrument. In 2004 she began her musical studies at the ¨Manuel Saumell¨ Music Conservatory. Later she studied at the ¨Amadeo Roldán¨ Conservatory, graduating in 2014 and receiving the Degree of Professional Saxophonist and Teacher of the Instrument.
