Dublin, September, 2018. On its third working day in Ireland, the delegation composed of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, and the National Bureau of Statistics and Information, developed an interesting working session with experts from the Central Statistics Offices and Statistics Section of the Central Bank of Ireland, during which both parties exchanged information on the main tools used in each country to capture the statistical information provided by the foreign trade activity, both goods and services.
The working meeting that took place in a cordial atmosphere also allowed for the exchange of experiences on the statistical reports prepared by these bodies and their usefulness for decision-making by government agencies and their impact on policy formulation.
