Cuban deputy minister of Foreign Affairs meets with members of the Cuban State Mission in South Africa

Pretoria, March 27, 2023.- The Cuban deputy minister of Foreign Affairs, Elio Rodríguez Perdomo, accompanied by the Director for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Foreign Ministry, Luis Alberto Amorós, held a meeting with the members of the Cuban State Mission in South Africa. Collaborators from the different brigades that work in the country participated, as well as the embassy staff.

In the exchange, the deputy minister commented on current Cuban events, especially the recent general elections in the country. In addition, he stressed the importance of continuing to denounce the effects of the US blockade against our country, the main obstacle to the development of our economy.
