Cuban Embassy celebrates sports tournament in tribute to Families Code and the CDR

Today, Saturday, September 24, members of the Embassy of Cuba in the United States held a sports tournament in tribute to the 62nd Anniversary of the creation of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), which will be celebrated throughout Cuba on September 28, as well as the referendum on the new Families Code, to be held on September 25.

The activity included a baseball game between teams made up of Cuban Mission officials and workers, along with their families. In parallel, recreational activities for children took place.

It was a meeting in which fun prevailed, as well as the atmosphere of fellowship and healthy rivalry that always characterizes each match of our national sport.
