Cuban Embassy holds event with current and former chiefs of staff of the US House of Representatives

The Embassy of Cuba in the United States hosted on June 9th, an event organized by the US organizations of former and current chiefs of staff of the US House of Representatives, two bipartisan not-for profit organizations intended to promote the professional development and to create opportunities for the establishment of relations among their members. 

 

In his welcoming remarks, the Cuban Ambassador José Ramón Cabañas thanked the House Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association (HCOSAA) and the House Chiefs of Staff Association for the organization of the event as he also acknowledged the joint work with a significant group of those present, in the framework of the new context of the bilateral relationship between Cuba and the United States. Mr. John Weinfurter, President of the HCOSAA also spoke at the event.
