Tehran, September 4, 2025. – Cuban Ambassador to Iran Jorge Lefebre Nicolás presided over the signing of the contract for the acquisition of e-tourist visas between the Cuban Embassy and the Iranian travel agency Abrash Parvaz.
With this agreement, the aforementioned Iranian agency will be able to access and effectively promote the electronic visa process in Iran, which has been in place since September 2024. At the same time, this action will contribute to providing a secure and efficient online consular service, serving as an incentive for Iranian tourists interested in learning about Cuban culture and geography.
The document was signed by the agency's president, Ms. Bahareh Habibzadeh, and the embassy counselor, Alejandro Fuentes Febles, in charge of Consular Affairs at the Cuban Diplomatic Mission.
The Abrash Parvaz agency, which operates regionally, welcomes foreign visitors to Iran and organizes tourist trips to more than 27 international destinations. Recently, it has also been focusing on the growth of the Iranian tourist market to Latin America in the face of the decline in trips by Persian tourists to European destinations.
