Cuban Embassy in South Africa participates in memorial lecture in honor of Oliver Tambo

Pretoria, October 24, 2023 - The Third Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in South Africa, Bryan Betancourt Brito, participated in the memorial lecture in honor of the outstanding South African leader, Oliver Tambo, at the University of South Africa (UNISA), which was attended by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Puleng Lenkabula.

The tribute recalled the importance and influence of the leader in the history of South Africa, particularly in the struggle against apartheid.

Hundreds of students also participated, including representatives of the national leadership of the South African Students' Congress (SASCO).
