Cuban Foreign Minister highlights solidarity with nationals abroad

Cubaminrex, 16 June 2020. Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Tuesday highlighted the solidarity and professionalism with which the country has worked for the return of nationals stranded abroad due to the novel SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

On his Twitter account, the foreign minister noted that 3,815 people have already returned to the country and efforts for the safe return of others are still being made.

The consulates, along with the Associations of Cuban Residents Abroad, continue providing healthcare and support to those who were kept in other nations due to the pandemic, the head of Cuban diplomacy said.
