Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples congratulates the Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia for its 60th Anniversary.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. May 16, 2019. Mr. Zagdjav Deleg, President of the Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongolia, presided over today's ceremony to commemorate the six decades since it was founded on December 9, 1958 this organization. With the presence of the Presidents of the Friendship and Peace Associations of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China and the reading of messages of congratulations from other homologous organizations in the world, the celebration of these 60 years of work of the Mongolian organization.

The President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, Fernando González Llort, sent a warm message of congratulations on behalf of the government and the people of Cuba that was delivered by the Cuban Ambassador, Raúl Delgado Concepción, to Mr. Zagdjav.

In his letter the President of Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples Fernando Gonzalez Llort expressed his gratitude to the Peace and Friendship Organization of Mongoliafor the rejection of the most recent actions of the government of the United States against Cuba in its purpose to intensify the blockade through the application of Title III of the Law Helms Burton, as well as his rejection of the escalation of warlike threats against Venezuela by the North American Government, recalling the origins, purposes and principles for which these organizations were created in many countries, fighting for world peace and friendship among the peoples .
