Cuban medical brigade in Swaziland: example of effort and humanism

On March 21, the Ambassador of Cuba in Swaziland, Rodolfo Benítez Verson, held a fruitful meeting with members of the Cuban Medical Brigade who provide their solidarity service throughout the territory of that country.

In the exchange, Dr. Raquel Toledo, head of the Brigade, presented the excellent results of the work in the last three years, in particular the experience of permanent efforts of our doctors to keep updated and serve with greater quality to the people of the African Kingdom.

The members of the medical brigade emphasized to the Ambassador their firm commitment to continue working hard to maintain the service of excellence they provide to the people of Swaziland and keep the name of Cuba well up.

On his visit to the hospital in Mbabane, capital of Swaziland, his executives and workers conveyed to the Cuban Ambassador emotional testimonies of the professionalism, sacrifice, humanism and work capacity of our doctors, who have saved the life and healed thousands of inhabitants of the smallest country in Africa.
