Kingstown, 23 April 2025. The Cuban resident in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Juan Carlos González Dalmau (BA in Biological Sciences), participated virtually in the I Forum of Cubans Living Abroad linked to the health sector, which was carried out within the framework of the V International Convention Cuba Salud 2025.
The event, organized in a hybrid format, face-to-face and virtual, by the Ministry of Health (MINSAP) jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba (MINREX), was a space for participants to exchange on issues related to the improvement of the national health system in Cuba.
The keynote speeches were made by the Minister of Health of Cuba, Dr. José Ángel Portal Miranda and the Director General of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, Ana Teresita González Fraga.
