DECLARATION OF THE CUBAN MEDICAL BRIGADE IN BELIZE.
The empire has once again listed Cuba in its manipulative report on human trafficking, an outrageous maneuver of open war against Cuban medical collaboration, to justify the action. The report referring to the year 2023 uses contradictory arguments, supported by defamation of the work of Cuban medical collaboration in more than a hundred countries.
The work of cooperation with other peoples, in matters of Health, that Cuba carries out is so humane that they have to attack it, it bothers them that the Island brings light to the darkness and health to those who suffer, but the decision is not fortuitous, Including Cuba in spurious lists and considering the Island in the worst category in its report allows the White House to justify the blockade and the endless saga of coercive measures aimed at starving our people.
The Cuban Medical Brigade in Belize will soon complete 34 years of uninterrupted permanence in this sister country, providing quality medical assistance, supporting the training of new professionals through on-the-job education. We work in 21 institutions in the country, in all its community and regional hospitals and in the national reference hospital, which we do voluntarily, in solidarity and not under any pressure.
Today, the collaborators of the #BMCinBelize, deny the North American Secretary of State Antony Blinken, when reporting the decision of the United States government to consider the Cuban Medical Brigades as human trafficking, because Cuba Saves Lives.
#CubaCoopera, #CubaEsSolidarity.
