A delegate from Latvia participates in the IV Meeting for the Nation and Emigration

Helsinki, November 20, 2023.- In Havana, a representation of Cuban emigration has widely discussed topics of interest to them during the closing weekend with the Government of Cuba, in an exchange guided by respect and love for their Homeland.

Among those present is the young businessman Publio López, resident in the Republic of Latvia, and who like many today contributes to the economic development of the country.

The IV Conference of the Nation and Emigration has endorsed a new page in the history of the dialogue that began in 1978, and leaves us with a strong and united Cuba.
