A delegation from Biocubafarma and the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba made a working visit to the United Kingdom

From February 4 to 8, a Cuban delegation composed of officials from BiocubaFarma, the Cuban Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB), the Center for Molecular Immunology (CIM) and the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba completed a busy working programme, organized by the International Trade Office attached to the British Embassy to Habana.

During the week, in addition to several meetings held with British companies and institutions, the delegation participated in the LSX World Congress (formerly Biotech and Money congress) on February 5 and 6, where the representative of the CIM, Luis Hinojosa made a presentation on the Cuban biotechnology industry and their potential for joint ventures.
